Our Preventative Maintenance services are designed to be on a 12-month or 6-month basis (depending on your system requirements).

They consist of thorough testing and inspection of all equipment, completing signalling checks and replacing batteries when needed.

We also ensure your data is secured by regularly performing firmware updates.

We offer corrective maintenance call-outs to troubleshoot faults on existing systems.

Monitoring

For those wanting simply the best, we partner with the UK’s largest independent Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), EMCS, to provide 24/7 monitoring of your security system.

Operators at the ARC will call the designated key holders and even the police upon an alarm activation and manage the situation.

If you have CCTV monitoring as well, operators can have visual verification of an intruder.

All communications with the Alarm Receiving Centre are done securely and robustly through CSL Group’s DualCom signalling equipment.

Dual Path communications can be specified with a combination of IP and 4G SIM connectivity, to achieve redundancy.
